What we collect
The site creates no user accounts, sells nothing, and carries out no advertising profiling. Only the following data is processed.
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address and the content of your message. It is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where one follows, to conduct the resulting professional relationship. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry, and where applicable the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract.
Server logs. The host automatically retains technical logs — IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed — for security and service reliability.
Audience measurement. The site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are visited. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Cookies
The site sets cookies strictly necessary to its operation, including a caching cookie that speeds up page delivery. These do not require your consent.
Audience measurement cookies are set only with your consent, collected by the banner shown on your first visit. You may change or withdraw it at any time from the « Manage consent » link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Declining has no effect on access to the site or on how it works.

Who has access
Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Gilles Khairallah alone, and to the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site and its mail: OVH (hosting), Microsoft (business email), Google (audience measurement and encrypted backups), each acting as a processor.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and French data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
