It provides senior masterplanning judgement to lead consultancies, developers, and public development authorities — as an embedded technical resource, a client-side reviewer, or a specialist on defined deliverables.
The practice exists for a specific situation: a project team that needs senior masterplanning judgement immediately, without the lead time, overhead, or headcount commitment of a permanent hire.
